Free Replacement for Defective Products
If any defective products are identified during our warehouse inspection, we will arrange for a free replacement.
Post-Delivery Assurance
If you discover product defects within 15 days of receiving your goods, simply provide evidence, and we will either send a replacement or compensate you accordingly.
How We Inspect Your Products
General Inspection
Whether you select our Elite Sourcing Plan or Collaborative Sourcing Plan, your goods will undergo our comprehensive general inspection process at no extra cost. We inspect your products using Level II, AQL 2.5 standards, ensuring a thorough evaluation comparable to top inspection companies
For Selected Suppliers
If defects are found, we resolve the quality issues at no additional charge.
For Your Own Suppliers
We will assist you in negotiating with your suppliers to resolve any issues. However, logistics, travel, and related costs may apply.
For customized inspection solutions or to achieve a lower defect rate, please speak with one of our agents to discuss potential additional fees.
Full Inspection
For a defect rate of 0%, we recommend our Full Inspection service. This service involves meticulously examining every single product to eliminate defects.
